前回に引き続き、私たちの1日のスケジュールを英語にしています。今回は Yuki の1日のスケジュールについてお話ししています。みなさんのスケジュールと重なる部分もあると思いますので、ぜひ1日の流れを思い出しながら聞いてみてくださいね。
Daily Mom-Student Schedule
6:30 Wake Up：起床
- Quick check e-mail from bed. (no replying)：さっとメールチェック（返信なし）
- Change diaper.：おむつ交換
- Change clothes and cream him.：着替えさせてクリームを塗る
- Let my dog out from cage.：犬をゲージから出す
- Cook breakfast for my toddler boy.：息子の朝ごはんを作る
7:10 Busy Morning Breakfast Time：忙しい朝食時間
- Serve breakfast to my son.：息子にご飯を食べさせている
- Morning potty time for my dog while my boy is eating.：息子の朝食中に犬のトイレ
- Watch latest local news or Japanese news.： ローカルニュースや日本のニュースを見る
- Grab a bite for breakfast. ：朝ごはんをひとくち食べる
8:00 Drive To Daycare：デイケア（保育所）へ連れて行く
- Sing a kids song all the way to daycare.：デイケアに行く途中、ずっと童謡を歌う
- Drop my son at daycare.：デイケアに息子を預ける
- Listen to the NHK radio streaming on the way to school.
：学校に行く途中、NHKラジオストリーミングを聴く
9:00 Study Time：授業開始
- French Only!：フランス語のみ
- Sometimes eat morning snacks.：ときどき朝のおやつを食べる
- Eat lunch outside with all the classmates when the weather is nice.
：天気のいいときは、クラス全員で外でランチをたべる - Focus as much as I can.：できる限り集中する
- Go for afternoon short walk or do small exercise at class.
：午後は外に散歩に行ったり軽いエクササイズをする
15:00 Class Is Done：授業終了
- Go home.：家に帰る
- Prepare for dinner.：晩御飯の下準備
- Take my dog for a walk.：犬を散歩に連れて行く
16:00 Pick Up My Kid：子供のお迎え
- Listen to the NHK radio streaming on the way to daycare.
：デイケアに行く途中、NHKのラジオストリーミングを聴く - Small talk with daycare owner.：保育園のオーナーと雑談する
- Sing a kids song all the way back from daycare.
：デイケアから帰る途中、ずっと童謡を歌う - Talk with neighbor or play outside a bit after arrive home.
：家に着いたら近所の人と話したり、少し外で遊ぶ
17:15 Dinner Time：晩御飯
- Finish cooking the dinner.：晩御飯を作り終える
- Watch evening local news.：夜のローカルニュースを見る
- Relax after dinner or go for a short walk.
：ご飯を食べてリラックスしたり少し散歩したりする - Prepare for next day’s lunch box.：次の日のお弁当の準備をする
18:45 Bath Time and Night Routine：お風呂と夜のルーティーン
- Night routine for my kid; take a bath, get wiped, dry hair, cream the body, put a pyjama on, read some books or quiet play.
：子どもの夜のルーティーン; お風呂に入って、体を拭いて、髪を乾かして、体にクリームを塗って、パジャマを着て、本を読んで、静かに遊ぶ - Do some houseworks if needed. (Usually I do it on non-school day)
：必要に応じて家事をする（普段は学校がない日にしている）
20:00 Kid’s Bedtime and Parent’s Relax Time ：息子の就寝と親のリラックスタイム
- Normally daddy takes him to bed and give a story time before he fall a sleep. (Takes 15min-45min)
：普段はパパが息子をベッドに連れて行って、寝る前にお話をする（15分～45分くらい）
23:30 Bedtime：就寝
